Keyholding
As with the importantance of someone being present at your premises during any alarm activation, you must be able to provide access to authoritues and be able to silence / reset your alarm. The most common problem to arise in this situation, is not knowing who the keyholder is or that they are not reachable.
With our Keyholding Service, a set of keys are signed for and securily held at our 24-hour Control Room and / or on-site in a secure vault. Should an alarm be raised, they are quickly accessible only to authorised personnel, who can then attend to the situation at hand.
