Alarm Response

Being able to attend your premises within a 20-minute period is critical, as after this time Police are likely to withdraw response if no threats are found and your alarm could be considered a public nuisance.

As designated security, we assume this responsibility on your behalf and ensure a rapid response to any Intruder or Fire Alarm Activation through our 24 hour Control Room.

In the event a crime has been committed or is in progress, attending personnel will alert the Police and remain on site to gather and provide as much information as possible for further investigations.

If there has been any compromise in premises security, we will ensure it is re-secured and in the event any damage has been caused, will liaise with Police to provide you with a report for your insurance company and keep you up-to-date at all times.
